(I need it because I bought a iTunes card in the Mexican currency and I must spend all of my US dollars before I can use my iTunes card!)

They have computer program screens that allow them to wipe out any balance.
But do I need to go to the apple store? Or do I call?
Can I do it? If I can do you know the steps?
