Why can't I download Camp Rock 2 movie? I don't have parental controls on...

Hi, I'd appreciate any help I can get on this....This is the first time I've tried to download a "movie" and it was grayed out. Camp Rock 2 shows up in all searches but seems to be unavailable for download (with no explanation). Any ideas??
