Upgrade to iOS 5 on my iPad 2

How to up grade to ios5 or 6 on my iPad 2, I can not find software update bar?

iPad 2, iOS 4.3.3

Update it from iTunes on a computer as described at the bottom of this article; devices running an iOS version prior to 5.0 can't be updated straight from the device. It will be updated to the newest iOS release supported by the device’s hardware.

Follow the instructions in the article that Niel sited in the previous post. Be aware though that your iPad will not be updated to iOS 5. When running the update your iPad will be updated to the latest version of the iOS supported by the iPad 2 which presently is iOS 6.1.3
