I had my old 4S stolen (it was pass-protected, and I wiped it with FindMyiPhone within 12 hours).  I got a new one and had the data restored from iCloud.  However, it has been a week and it is telling me that it is still being restored, and that it hasn't backed-up yet since the restoration isn't complete.  I charge it every night in room with a strong wifi signal. What do i need to do to get this restoration to finish?  I can't see anything that still needs to be restored.  Is it just caught in a loop somewhere?

mmm I see,

sorry, by clean restore I mean, don't restore from a backup.   Restore the iphone to its factory settings. \

Once the phone has been restored to it's factory settings, THEN try restoring from your iCloud backup.

Using iTunes is a more direct method and usually quicker.

Hope this helps.
