Hello and Welcome to Apple Discussions.

You may have missed the large Red text at the top of this page that reads - Don't Post Here with a Technical Question!

This forum is for discussing the Discussions Forum itself.

You will get a far better responce to your problem by re-posting in the iTunes / iPod for Windows forum where users will similar set-ups will be far better placed to assist you.

Apple legally (due to agreements with Music companies) can't provide a solution to your issue as what you need to do is the same as sharing your music legally - however there are many solutions out there.

<mrtotes dons smug look> If future you could consider a switch to Mac OS X - far more stable - and avert the issue of crashed PCs and expensive engineers! 😉
