Q: Face Time Issue

I have bought iphone 5 from UAE (Dubai). Now i am staying india. In middle east country Facetime is blocked. But now i am residing in India. Is there any way to activate Facetime in india??

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4

No. FaceTime has been deactivated on that phone regardless of the location to which it is taken.
