I bought Season 1 of a show for $24.99 but then saw I could have purchased Seasons 1-3 at the discounted rate at $69.99. Is there a way I can purchase the Seasons 1-3 package and get the cheaper rate without double paying for Season 1?

Sorry but no. There is no discount for having previously purchased a season or episode.
