After this updata Matlab(2012b) stopping working. I can open it and then whatever I do Mablab has no response even I click close.
But After I clicked everything and then I click menu bar "Matlab/service" and then everything happened together and then it stopping worikng again!!!
What is Apple doing? This is **** update serious affect my thesis work!!!!!

I have the same problem. I tried to downgrade the Java version, but it doesn't work.

Java had some serious vulnerabilities of 40 and 37 being remote exploitable streching back even to earlier verisons.
Apple either updated Java 6 or disabled Java 7 and if you installed the Java 7 update and your program still fails then you will have to wait for a update.
It's times like these that a bootable clone is advised as one can boot off the clone (of course aware of the security issues involved running insecure software) and continue off line.
