The issue is that I downloaded it.
Since you purchased from the App Store you posted in the wrong forum. This area is for MBP technical problems only. You need to post in the Mac App Store forums.
If you get no satisfaction there, I suggest that you call Apple Customer Relations - 1-800-767-2275. Ask politely & firmly that you want to be transferred to Customer Relations. Tell them exactly what you stated in your post.
