Clash of clans won't load past in app purchase screen

In the load screen of clash of the clans the in app purchase screen will not close even though I've tapped ok. It keeps popping up.

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.4

Try This...

Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of your Account... Perform a Reset... Try again...

Reset ( No Data will be Lost )

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

I tried that as well as resetting my network and signing out of everything. I closed everything and deleted the program but no luck

This has happened to me also. I really need a solution I've had clash of clans for a year and a half and I rea don't want to delete it
