Hi basically I have for a while receive my new bank card and I have reentered the details in my apple ID account and now it's saying I can't purchase any apps because there's a billing problem with the previous purchase!  Because of This I can't update or purchase any apps what do I do? Help please!

iPhone 4, iOS 6.1.3
