If so, go to the voicemail tab and click on Greeting. That allows you to record your custom greeting. If you do not have visual voicemail, you need to check with the carrier, as voicemail is a carrier function.

Jan 8, 2015 7:01 PM in response to dakotadddby ChrisJ4203,The Voicemail icon is accessed by tapping on the Phone app icon. From there, you should see a number of selections on the bottom of the screen, Favorites, Recents, Contacts, Keypad and Voicemail. When you go to Voicemail, you can access your voicemail messages, delete them and in the top left of the screen, you can find the place to access your greeting, and the ability to use a default or record or review a custom greeting.
