Safari JS not working right since this Tuesday

Hi there

I've noticed this problem since this Tuesday and I wonder if it has to do with JS update we had lately. I would like to know

if anyone could check this web page and let me know if it opens up on your Mac, here's the site; http://www.canadiantire.ca/home.jsp?site=WebStore

If it works how can I make mine work? Can I revert to an old JS plug-in? I've cleaned the cache and still nothing. The page opens up in Firefox

without any problems so I see a Safari related problem.

Any help on this WOULD be welcomed!!!

THANKS!!!

No problems loading that site here.

Serge ... your profile indicates your Mac has v10.8.2 installed.

If that is correct, then update your system software then try that site.

Click your Apple menu icon top left in your screen. From the drop down menu click Software Update ...

Restart your Mac after the updates are installed. The latest Mac OS X is v10.8.4.

If your software is actually up to date, try troubleshooting plugins and extensions. It may be something besides Java.

From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Security tab.

Deselect: Allow all other plug-ins. Quit and relaunch Safari to test.

If that made a difference, instructions for troubleshooting plugins here.

If it's not a plug-in issue, select the Extensions tab. If there are any extensions installed, turn that OFF, quit and relaunch Safari to test. If that made a difference, uninstall one at a time, quit and relaunch Safari until you find the culprit.

From the Safari menu bar, select

Safari Preferences Extensions

Turn all extensions OFF and test. If the problem is resolved, turn extensions back ON and then disable them one or a few at a time until you find the culprit.

If you wish, you may be able to salvage the malfunctioning extension by uninstalling and reinstalling it. That will revert its settings to the defaults.
