Whenever i try to redeem one of my itunes gift cards, a message pops saying, "Itunes is having server difficulties accessing your store credit. Please try again later." This has been going for at least 3-4 days now. I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix this or when Itunes will fix this? Thx.

Same thing here. Trying different computers yields the same results. It isn't coming up as an invalid code, as a typo while entering the code immediately gets flagged as wrong. I am able to purchase other things in the store, so my account isn't blocked or having any 'server difficulties'.
I don't know what else to do to get around this on the user end of things.
I have had a lot of problems trying to get an iTunes gift card credited to my account even though it was accepted as redeemed at an Apple Store with their staff . Apple support has been less than useless so far and a lot of time wasting has taken place!

The issue may be that you are using and apple store gift card on iTunes. Itunes cards and Apple store cards are two different things.
Apple store gift cards are used to buy things on Apple (not iTunes)
iTunes cards are used for iTunes
If you want to use your Store card to buy an iTunes card online, you can't do this as well unless you get it mailed to you physically or go to an Apple store.
Apple really fell short on this, and they have lost a customer for wasting my time.
