Disable the auto hide top bar in Mountain Lion
The top bar auto hide on a new MacBook Pro 15. Only when click on any place the bar is back. Is a bug or what ??

In Safari in Full Screen ?
It's not a bug.
Control + Command + F to show or hide the menu bar in Full Screen mode.
