15" MacBook Pro with Retina and bluetooth smart ready mouse

I have just purchased a bluetooth smart mouse (Cyborg R.A.T m), however, i am unable to pair it with my 15" MacBook Pro w/ Retina.

According to http://www.bluetooth.com/Pages/Bluetooth-Smart-Devices-List.aspx, the laptop supposed to be compliance with Bluetooth Smart Ready which is the requirement for the mouse, however, the mouse never show up in the Bluetooth Setup Assistant wizard.

One a side note, when I turn on bluetooth on my iPhone 5, i can immediately see the mouse presented as a discovered device.

Has anyone have any similiar experience on this?

If so, how do i go about getting it to pair.

Thanks,

Tommy S.

P.S. I understood that the mouse does come with a USB dongle, but that would defeat the purpose of the purchase. I would like to use it via bluetooth only.
