i am trying to unlock my iphone 4s so i can use dodo as my carrier, the phone is locked to telstra have done all the things telstra has told me todo and still nothing! any one our there who can help 😁 would be muchly appreciated

i have done all of that and it hasnt worked i have called telstra 5 times today trying to sort it out, as i dont have a mobile until its unlocked feeling rather lost without it acctully lol
And why would you want to use DODO? WHy not amaysim... they have a $39.95 unlimited call unlimited text 4GB plan and use Optus network. You could try Aldi they have something similar costs $35 and uses Telstra network
id rather stay with what i know i dont mind paying that little extra to know that i will get coverage in the area im oin
I noticed DODO use the optus network so I guess that isn''t too bad. My guess you wont get 4G though.

yes i have and all it did was send me an email and i did that of the email and still nothing
In the first link I gave you it did say
"Post-Paid iPhone:Unlock your iPhone online, then wait 72 hours and follow Apple’s instructions below. There is no fee to unlock your Post-Paid Apple iPhone from Telstra."
Has it been 72 hours?

One step that is often omitted from the instructions is that the iPhone needs a Device Firmware Update, otherwise known as DFU.
!. Connect the iPhone to any computer running a fully updated version of iTunes.
2. Press and old both "home" and "sleep/wake" buttons
3. After eight seconds let go of only the sleep/wake button.
4. Keep holding the home button until you see a popup mesage in iTunes.
5. Read all all the popups, then use iTunes to update the iPhone's software.
If the popup fails to show, repeat steps 2 through 4
