How can I get my MacBook Pro and my Ipad2 to send messages from my phone number instead of from my e-mail (apple ID)?
I want the same conversations on my ipad and MacBook as I do on my iphone 5.

Hey!
I tried that but my number won't pop up. Only my email :(
My understanding is that since there are no phone numbers inherently associated with the Mac or iPad, you cannot do what you asked. It's the same with Facetime, you cannot associate a calling ID with a phone number when using these devices either.
I had them set up to do that before, but then I had to reset my phone and everything changed.
I stand corrected, apparently my "understanding" was not valid. However, I did find an Apple link which can advise you better than I did. Give it a look:http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5538
See the link posted for you above by wuzradioman and pay close attention to the last part of the article. More than likely you will have to sign out on the phone and start all over again in order to add the phone number to all of your devices. You may even have to sign out on all devices and start over again.
