are some apps that claim to provide limited bluetooth transfers, but

I cannot state those claims are accurate as I do not use the apps.

If your phone has the Hotspot ability to share its internet, you may be able to connect to it, either thorugh Wifi ro directly through bluetooth, but its not really pairing.
