how do I download facetime on my Ipad2. It does not have it?
I need help in getting facetime on my Ipad2. Can someone direct me to where and how I can get it?

If you go to Settings do you see it listed?
Wrong! I do have FaceTime on my ipad 2!
Try to update your device
If you can't find it and it's not hidden via Settings > General > Restrictions then where did you buy the iPad ? It's not available on iPads sold in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and possibly a few other countries due to restrictions by those countries governments - and there is no way to install it, including via iOS updates.
