Windows License's?

Ive created a Bootcamp partition and loaded windows 7 and activated my license and everything looks good. After reading I can see some advantages of also using parallels desktop 8 so I loaded it and created the virtual windows partition direct from the Bootcamp but it seems I have to buy a new windows license is this the only option???

Cheers

It depends on what you want to do. If you want to install a new Windows copy in Parallels, you may have to buy a new license.

However, Parallels gives you the option to virtualize the Boot Camp partition, so you will be running the same Windows copy you have in Boot Camp without having to buy another license. This is probably the option you want > http://kb.parallels.com/en/113658
