Can't upgrade apps due to wrong country?

I Accidently switched to the Australian iTunes Store and it won't let me upgrade my apps. I've gone to setting> iTunes and App Store> into my apple id and the country says Canada. And when I click on it is says I need to spend my store credit before switching countries. So it says I'm in the Canadian iTunes Store in my settings but when I go to upgrade my apps it says I'm not
