How to sync using usb microsoft outlook 2007 emails to ipod touch?

not working, basically i am able to contacts & calendars from outlook 2007 through itunes-info, but under mails it is showing drop down list to select outlook or outlook express. when i select "outlook" nothing appears in the below box to do the selection of the mail account.
