The orientation logo has suddenly appeared on my iPhone 5

Help, how do I reinstate the orentation on my iPhone 5?

Double-tap the Home button to show the multi-tasking bar. Swipe it to the right to show the iPod controls and the orientation lock button. Tap that button to turn off orientation lock.
