My new iPod touch 5 has dead pixel.

My iPod touch is from Canada that has been given by my aunt. I lived in the Philippines. I go to the Power Mac Center because there is no apple store in my area and they checked the iPod and they said that they will fix my iPod if it has 5 or more dead pixels. I only have one.
