Q: How do I get my scroll bar in my iCloud Mail to stop scrolling up automatically?

Dear iCloud Account Users,

When I scroll down on my iCloud Mail, the scroll bar automatically scrolls up and I cannot get it to stop. This makes it difficult for me to click on links in an email or folders. I have a laptop PC with windows 8 operating system.

Make sure the zoom on the Chrome browser is set to 100%. I was having this problem and my zoom was at 90%. Once I changed it to 100%, the scrolling stopped.
