I bought a mac book pro from apple in spain last month and when I set it up I must have selected the keyboard to be in Englich this means all my keys dont match my spanish keyboard I have how do I change it back to spanish so the key match what they type?

To change your keyboard layout, open System Preferences > Language & Text > Input Sources, and tick Spanish - ISO. Then, unmark English

It's part of the name of the Spanish keyboard (Spanish - ISO)
great sorry and then is unmarking English on the same page what makes it then type what the keys show?
Unmarking English should be sufficient because you will be using the Spanish keyboard layout. Just test it in an application

Do I have to restart after making the changes?
As I have just done the changes and it still does not work in Notes.

Open System Preferences > Language & Text > Input Sources, and tick the option to see keyboard menu on the menu bar. Then, a flag will appear at the top right of the screen, on the menu bar. If you see the USA flag, press it and choose Spanish

Go back to system preferences/language & text/input sources and make sure that there is only one box checked, namely the one for Spanish ISO (not Spanish). Scroll all the way down to make sure there is only one.
If you still have a problem, please give an example of a key which is not producing what is printed on it.
