Q: @me.com Question/Help

How can I change my @me.com account address? The only account that does not accept my change request is @me.com while all @icloud.com can be changed or deleted.

    You're getting Apple IDs confused with accounts (itunes or icloud).  For each account you must have an ID associated with that account in order to log into it.

     

    You say the only account that does not accept your change is @me.com - but xxxx@me.com is not an account.  You may be using xxxx@me.com as an ID for either an itunes account or an icloud account (or both).   And it may be that xxxx@me.com is an email address (either the primary address or an alias) that is part of your icloud account. 

     

    If you have to log into icloud using your  @me.com address/ID and it is not an alias, than you cannot change it.

     

    Can you describe your issue in more detail if I have misunderstood your question?
