Hi, my iphone used to store all of my hotmail emails now it deletes them after a short time (this time frame seems random). I've put all my settings to show unlimited emails from unlimited time frame to no avail. My mac has all of my emails on it. I've just got an ipad and it is doing the same thing as my iphone.

Try the steps in the article below to see if the issue ceases. After the change is made to leave a copy on the server, only new mail will stay on both devices. See the first section labeled Mac OS X Mail.

Thanks for the info, unfortunately it wasn't helpful as the problems seem to be with my iPhone and iPad. I clicked on the link for these and couldn't find the advanced option.
