I got an ipod Nano 6th generation from the 1st generation ipod nano replacment program. I used it for like a week then it died and now I can't turn it on, charge it, or restore it. What do I do?

I put my serial number into the apple support to see if I had to pay and it said my warranty had expired. Then what should I do?

Every iPod comes with a one-year limited warranty and up to 90 days of complimentary telephone technical support.
Again, you need to call the support number I provided for you. Explain that you only had your replacement for a week.

I don't know, I am on my 3rd and now the same problem I hardly use it they are crap junk I will never get one again. It is still like brand new never been dropped or misused there is not a mark on it, took it to apple! ( sorry it is out of warranty) oh well I will just buy another,,,,NOT
