i need help i don't have enough memory and i would like to delete some movies that i bought on itunes does icloud keep my movies i already payed and can i download it again without paying again?

You can in some countries. However it must still be available in the iTunes store. Also, some movies are not available to redownload (depends on the studio). See http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519 and http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5085.
The best thing to do is keep them to your iTunes library so you have a local copy.
can i delete a movie or song and later download it again without paying again?
