Has anyone fond problems using outlook from office 365 on mac

I have installed office 365 on my mac and have been experiencing some locking up of the drive since. I had to reformat and reinstall everything and it did it again. Since the only change I made that I can account for is adding outlook and setting up several email addresses in it. The disk drive is a 1 TB using only 20 to 30 % and it tests perfect. Once problem starts it locks everything up and can't even boot must force shut down and will not reboot have to reboot from cloned drive. Does outlook possibly conflict.
