Q: unable to restore my ipod touch 5th gen

when i try to restore my ipod touch 5th gen i get an error after the software extraction completes saying that "THE IPOD CANNOT BE RESTORED AT THIS TIME BECAUSE THE IPOD UPDATE SERVER COULD NOT BE CONTACTED OR IS TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE" i had the same problem before and i found a fix on the net telling me to switch usb ports and restart itunes worked once but not anymore

Update Server
Try:
- Powering off and then back on your router.
- iTunes for Windows: iTunes cannot contact the iPhone, iPad, or iPod software update server
- Change the DNS to either Google's or Open DNS servers
Public DNS — Google Developers
OpenDNS IP Addresses
- Try on another computer/network
- Wait if it is an Apple problem

Did yo try everthing here:
- iTunes for Windows: iTunes cannot contact the iPhone, iPad, or iPod software update server

Aother network?

yes i did try everything the last time i just changed the ports and restarted itunes but thats not workin now
