Q: MS Outlook and iCloud not synching

I've updated a recurring event in MS Outlook, but iCloud won't update...even going to iCloud and making the change it doesn't update.

 

I've logged out of icloud, logged back in, tried updating again with negative results.

iCloud calendar, Windows 7
