I get the message "Make sure your computers date is set correctly and that it accepts cookies from the iTunes Store" and need further help please?

I'm trying to import a digital copy from DVDs I have purchased into itunes.

I've followed all the instructions and help available online I can and trying several different films in my collection. I followed one through Fox help and they gave me a new redemption code just in case, still no joy.

The link from the message just takes me to the Apple support homepage and not to more detailed information.

Has anyone else managed to resolve this please?
