Hi,
It is in:
/Users/YOUR_USER_NAME/Library/Calendars/
Best wishes
John M
Note that /Users/YOUR_USER_NAME/Library/ is hidden: to access it hold the option (alt) key down while accessing the Finder 'Go' menu and you will see it as a choice. The Library you were looking is is a different one, at root level.
thanks for the feed back BUT... there is absolutely no ical folder in the hidden library folder as suggested by Roger Wilmut1. everyplace I look says it should be there... but it is not....
as for /Users/YOUR_USER_NAME/Library/Calendars/ suggested by John Maisey. that folder is there but has only a few entries, the most recent being about 3 months old.
what I am trying to do it to look back into an old calender to see some info that seems to have evaporated. I am not seeking to restore an old calender... just look at it. I had thought that time machine would do it; but that is when I discovered that the ical folder was not there.
so...any suggetioins about having a look back a opposed to a restore.... keeping in mind of course that there seems to me no ical folder comtaining backups
thanks
