best WAY TO set up a projector on a mac book pro

I have a problem setting up my Mac book Pro to a Projector and getting the best picture.

I would like to get the best picture and resolution on the Projector.

and know how to set it up right away .

The correct answer depends on what kind of ports are on the projector and what is the highest resolution the projector is capable of. If it has HDMI or DisplayPort, use those.
