Aperture stuck at "Opening XXX Library" screen after updating to v3.4.5

Hi! Since I have updated my Aperture to v3.4.5, I can't open any existing libraries. It keeps stuck in the "Opening XXX Library" screen, but the application itself seems not completely hang as I can still close it.

The existing Aperture library seems problem-free as I can still open the same library in iPhoto.

I have tried to repair the library but still no use.

I have tried to start a completely new library to test the functionality of Aperture, by pressing "Option" and clicking "Aperture" icon and create a new library for testing. The same problem seems repeating, Aperture still can't even open the newly establish testing library.

Isaac,

since you cannot work from any library in your current user account, try to launch Aperture from a different user account - create one from the Users&Groups Preference Panel, if you do not have a test account, see: Isolating an issue by using another user account

If Aperture does not even work from a different account, reinstall Aperture
But if it works from a different account, delete your user preferences, as described here:

Aperture 3: Troubleshooting Basics, see the paragraph "Delete the user preferences"
