how to access my apple mail account with a pc
I'm on the road w/o my apple computer. I have access to a windows pc but don't know how to access my @me.com mail account

You can access it by signing into your iCloud account on icloud.com. You can also add your iCloud email account to the mail client on your PC using these settings: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4864.
