I keep getting "cannot connect to iTunes Store " message. Everything is updated in my IPad 2. Help!!!

Q: I keep getting "cannot connect to iTunes Store " everything has been updated. Help!!!
I am having this problem too and can't update any of my apps.
We are having the same problems. Have tried checking acct settings and restrictions in addition to resetting. No luck so far.
