iSight camera not detected on early 2008 MacBook Pro.

My iSight camera is not working for PhotoBooth, iChat, or Skype. System Profiler doesn't show any camera connected. I've reset the SMC with no resolution to the problem. I'm running Mountain Lion on an early 2008 MacBook Pro. Any potential fixes?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4)
