Macbook Pro dropping WiFi connection when viewing YouTube videos.

I am having problems with my Macbook Pro dropping my WiFi connection when viewing YouTube videos, but don't seem to effect other video sources, I am not having the the same issue with my iPad 4 using the same router & location. Does anyone have a possible cause and solution for this issue?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.3)

Howdy Old Rusty Bucket,

Here are a few things that I feel may help resolve the issue you are experiencing.

First if your OS version showing in your post is accurate, then update to 10.7.5 with software update.

Then I recommend resetting Safari:

Safari 5.1 (OS X Lion): Reset Safari

Resetting the PRAM:

Reset the SMC:

and lastly try performing a Safe Boot:

All the very best,
