I can't print from ipad mini using brother HL 5450 DN

I have just bought a Brother HL 5450DN. Installed it and it is online as it has an IP address, but my ipad mini reports 'no airprint printers found'. Tried restarting the computer, the printer and the ipad. No luck. Are there any special network settings I need to adjust for the printer? Any suggestions?

Try connecting to the printer's wireless "network". Then when you want to print something (picture or whatever) from the pad, the printer should show up as one of the options. I tried this at work with a wireless printer and my ipad 3 and it work as I said.
