I have one computer, so I assume you cannot say that I have a network. I bought Time Capsule when I bought my Snow Leopard. I have never used it because it seemed complicated. It also mentions using it to back up files on my network. If you just have one computer, does this eliminate use of the Time Capsule because there is no network. This product has been in the box since 2011. I have no back up system in place and I don't want to buy anything like an external hard drive. How does Time Capsule relate to Airport relative to my configuration.
My connection to internet is through a cable modem-ethernet. I do not use Airport and don't know why I should use it. My keyboard is wireless, and switched the mouse from wireless to a usb device.
