Contacts fm Samsung Galaxy SII to iPhone 5.

I just switched from T-Mobile to Verizon and went from a Samsung Galaxy S2 to an iPhone 5. My old number was "ported" over to the new phone - old phone still has contacts, but I have no idea how to transfer them. Any ideas or solutions out there?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4

1) easiest way: Take both phones to your wireless provider and ask them to do it.

Or

2) Plan B: use your computer to get the information from the S2 into the

appropriate application on your computer (Outlook, Contacts, etc).

Then use iTunes on that computer to sync from the application to

your new iPhone.
