Why there is no Myanmar in the Store? How could I find Myanmar in the store?

The article below lists the countries that have iTunes Stores. Currently Mayanmar (Burma) is not on this list.

In ASEAN, we (myanmar) are the only one who doesn't have online store. I don't know why.
