Q: Problems with my wireless keyboard, new batteries installed, but keyboard not acting correctly. Qwerty row gives no response, asdf row responds (except the a key), zxcv row I also unresponsive. Keyboard viewer flashes upper to lower case?

I'm having some problems with my wireless keyboard.

Currently the qwerty row is unresponsive.

The asdf row responds (except for the a key).

The zxcv row is also unresponsive.

Keyboard was fine when I sit down last night, I've installed new batteries. When opening the keyboard viewer it flashes between upper and lower case.

Any ideas?
