I forgot my restrictions passcode, and i can't sync with itunes. What can i do!?

Restore as new

There is no way to reset or remove the restrictions passcode.

Restore as new is the only option if you have forgotten the restrictions passcode.

Restoring your iOS device

Connect your device to your computer.

After a restore, the iOS device restarts. You should then see "Slide to set up". Follow the steps in the iOS Setup Assistant.

Additional Information

If your device is continually restarting, not responding, or showing the Apple logo with no progress bar or a stopped progress bar, place the device into recovery mode and try restoring again.

Send & Save everything important to you in a email, then restore. It's the only option.
