Is there way to stop photo booth from recording after a set amount of time
I want a photo booth for my wedding but I need photo booth to stop auto after 3 minutes Any way ?

I think not with the Photo Booth app. Photo Booth is such a simple, basic app that it offers no simple menu selectable choices to do what you ask.
You might be able to use QuickTime instead of Photo Booth. If you have skill with or time to learn Automator or AppleScript, you may be able to use their QuickTime control automation capability to create simple timed recordings of your Mac's inbuilt camera.
