iPhone 5 Lightning to Composite Video

I often connected my iPhone 4S with a simple adapter cable that gave me composite video out.

I have purchased the Apple brand lightning to 30 pin dock connector adapter for my iPhone 5 but I no longer get video (audio works fine). Others tell me I must jailbreak my phone (which I do not want to do) in order for this to work.

I have searched the Web but cannot find a Lightning to Composite Video cable.

The Lightning to 30 pin adapter does not support video out.

From the adpater's store page: http://store.apple.com/us/product/MD823ZM/A/lightning-to-30-pin-adapter

This adapter lets you connect devices with a Lightning connector to many of your 30-pin accessories.* Supports analog audio output, USB audio, as well as syncing and charging. Video output not supported.

And no there is no Lightning to composite cable.

You'll likey have to get a Lightning Av Digital adapter, and then from there, an HDMI to composite if you really need compisite.
